I've missed your banter and chatter about Corrie but completely understand your reason for taking a step back. Podcasting is NOT easy, despite who easy you made it look. I, for one, will be on board for whatever the next iteration of "North of Weatherfield" turns out to be.
I started watching Cor Street to get respite from the news Then I got hooked on you guys as a way to deal with the stress of watching CStreet. Then you disappeared. I checked more than once. Sometimes I cheat by watching clips on fbk. It’s only going to get worse. How do people deal with this over decades! ?
I’d be interested though I’m already hooked on Podcast is Broken. Is this one of those cult dealies where you slowly get pulled in?
(Also I think you should ask Frank Dominic on Podcast is Broken as a visitor - like David Moscrop. Now he is sane)
I think this is a great idea. I agree that you didn't really need to "recap" the entire week, it's not necessary, and way too much work for Shannon, I mean let's face it most of us fans have already seen it and really just want to talk about it, or hear others talk about it, right? Hope this works out for you guys, it's still a fun idea and I enjoy it when I can!
Well, I missed you both and all the chat and comments so yes, I'd be on board for any format that works best for you. A total recap was a lot of work (I didn't realize how much) but just being able to chat and compare notes will continue to be the best part. Thanks for coming back and looking at options. If the time is right I'll be participating in the Live but otherwise will still look forward to the great banter and community.
I’m not interested in the live chat but would certainly listen to the podcast. Did not realize how much time it took to do the recap, really enjoyed it but understand the need for changes.
For what it’s worth, I really enjoy your take on what’s going on and your banter. Best funny moment, touching moment, etc. There is no need for a recap.
I am here for whatever format this takes, and I appreciate you!
We do need some sort of discussion format, I mean just when you think the writers have addressed every possible life situation out there they hit us with lipo gone wrong!
Shannon & Brittlestar, As fellow Corrie Podcasters on the left hand side of the Atlantic, we can certainly appreciate the time and effort it takes to prepare, record, edit, publish, and promote a weekly podcast. 10-15 hours a week sounds about right! But we really loved hearing your take on the show, we've missed it over the last few weeks, and we hope you're able to continue in some capacity.
I thought Brittlestar had rushed to Bethany's bedside in Turkey & that was why you were on break. 1
I'm on board for Corrie chat
We have to be on board or we would miss out on brilliant comments like that.

Best of luck to you,

That is exactly what I feel too.

I agree. I'm not a live chat kind of girl. I would definitely listen to the podcast though.
Hi Shannon and Brittlestar,
I missed you so much !
The numbers of hours you have put it was A LOT!
For what it’s worth, I really enjoy your take on what’s going on and your banter. Best funny moment, touching moment, etc. There is no need for a recap.

Agreed! Best moments is a great topic and often a reminder of what I might have missed!

and Debbie is acting dodgy! oops here we go - can't help ourselves!
We could even have our own on-line Rave in honor of Paul's passing
I too missed the hearing the weekly roundup podcast but now understand the time commitment required. I would like to support a live stream.
